Yep, you read it correctly, this set is my very first stamp set from My Favorite Things. I know, I am late to jump on the band wagon! But, I just have a hard time with the headless bodies. Don't misunderstand me....I have always liked what everyone was making with the MFT stamps...I just didn't think it was for me. I'm still not sure, as I haven't used the body yet...but I like the sundae! One of my local stamp stores, The Paper Tree, carries alot of brands that other local stores don't. Usually stuff that has to be ordered online. Bellas, MFT, Lizzie Anne...and sometimes seeing it in person is a cincher. The past few times I went to the store I kept going over to the MFT section and picking sets up...putting them back...over and over. Finally last Friday I bought 2 sets. The Here's The Scoop Set and a sentiment set...I can't wait to play a little more with them.

This card was made for a Mix 'n Match Challenge. We had to use at least 3 different DSP's, but they could not be from a pre-coordinated paper pack. IE: I could not use 3 sheets from the Bella Rosa Pack, nor 3 sheets from the Basic Grey Sugared Collection.
This is not something I am comfortable doing. I am always afraid the image will get "lost" among all the patterns. But I don't think this came out too bad. I used this weeks sketch from Mary Jo as inspiration, but changed it just slightly.

This is so cute, Kerry!! And what a lovely and reefreshing color combo for a change, you hardly ever see the puprle tones. I know exactly what you mean about MFT stamps, I've been the same way. I can, however, get totally behind an ice cream sundae! hee! hee!

Wow, Kerry, I love it! At first I thought you were saying something obscene! I wasn't familiar with the initials. LOL

Love the stamp, the design and the papers you used!
