Stamps: Pocket Silhouettes Paper: DSP by imagincse; Real Red; Basic Black; White Ink: Versamark Other: White EP; Cuttlebug Embossing Folder; Nesties; The pearls are half pearls that self adhesive...but I don't remember who makes them...If any really needs to know this I can go find the package.
I have not heat embossed in ages! I really don't like to heat emboss unless I need to. No reason why...I guess I am too lazy. But after mix and matching red ink on white paper and Black ink on white paper and Black ink on red paper...etc...This was my preferred look. This card is for my cousin's wedding. The invitations were in these colors and then I saw this DSP which made me think of her invites. I just got my SU! order and knew these stamps would be perfect for this weeks sketch.
Both cards this week measure 5x7. I needed more room for this sketch!
For the second card (almost) all the materials are from the Imaginisce Hallowhimsy Collection. Stamps too. (remember last weeks blog candy?) The SU! card stock colors are Perfect Plum; Kiwi Kiss; Black and White. Even the brads are Imaginisce, I bought them online and thought they would be more glittery...but they aren't really all that sparkly. I could have put a little stickles on some brads and had the same outcome....but it was convienent having the exact colors I was working with around.
Hurry On over to Mary Jo's Blog to see her card, get links to other samples using this sketch, and HER HUGE GIVE AWAY! Donate to her C.R.O.P. , help her help others for a great cause, and be entered to win!! I have donated already!
I hope that you all had a great weekend! And have a wonderful week!

These rock! The first one is beautiful and the second one is just plain COOL! I love it. Awesome card Kerry, thanks so much for playing.
Kerry, You outdid yourself with these great cards. The first one is very pretty and I love the colors. I've got to say though that Halloween card ROCKS!
You are on a roll. I love the little pearls on the first one, really fills in that open space.
The Halloween card is darling even though I usually don't make any of them, I love it!
Great cards Kerry. You really showed the versatility of this layout with an elegant wedding card and then a fun & funky Halloween card. Love that smiley skull!
one elegant and one funky(love the bow on the skeleton) Amazing use of the same sketch for both!
Both card are great Kerry - I'm sure your cousin will love the elgance of the wedding card you made - the bottom one is a fun one for Halloween!
The first one is beautiful! Did the pearls have the red backing or did you adhere them to the red?
The Halloween card rocks too! So cute.
I may have to try this sketch.
WOWZERS!!! These cards are awesome@ I love all the cool details, like circles behind the brads, embossed squares, etc.
