Happy Tuesday! How is everyone today? We had a rainy day here yesterday, but it is sunny here today, although a bit nippy. Of course, I can't complain with what is going on in the midwest! Flooding and Blizzards...Oh My! Poor things!
I am a little late in posting today. If I don't pre schedule my post the night before or have time in the AM, I usually don't post. But Maeve is down for her nap and I have a few minutes this afternoon. I got down to my stamp room last night and didn't really have anything in mind that I wanted to do or needed to do. I figure that you must need a little break from me posting Tilda's or Pink Cat Studio...LOL! Then I figured why not ink up some stamps that I have not used before. Some stamps never see an ink pad! The horror of it! The problem is I am so use to BIG stamps now. Whipper Snapper, Magnolias, Pink Cat Studio...etc...are all pretty large images. I almost felt lost with this little guy! LOL! Then I remembered thinking that this weeks Mojo Monday sketch that I had checked out earlier in the day was perfect for this. The Pink color cardstock in all my photos is not across as the true color. This was part of my reason for not posting this last night...I wanted to retake the pics...but after retaking and re-editing the pics it still looks kind of coral-ish to me. It is CTMH cardstock, but I am not familiar with their color names. It came in a paper pack. For those of you familiar with SU! it is most similar to Regal Rose. In fact that is the ink used to stamp the sentiment.
I also want to thank everyone for all the nice comments that you leave. They truly mean alot to me!! Someone wrote a week or so ago that I had so many comments on one particular card that I probably wouldn't even get to read hers. That is so far from the truth!! I read and appreciate each and every one!!!!! Often, I respond to them. But if you do not have your email address in your blogger/google profile I cannot. (Stef H (Glitterbabe) stands out as one person I have tried to reply to several times!! lol!) Anyhoooooooo, I just wanted to let you know how much I truly do appreciate all your encouragement. If not for the comments, I might think people came here, took one look at my cards and think: What on earth is this woman doing?!
So, thank you all so much. Especially for humoring me yesterday while I shared my big news. :)
Have a Splendiferous Day!!
