Hello!   Happy Hump Day!    Thanks for stopping by today!   
I have another card using a PCS digi image for today.  Today I have Itty Bitty Betty who is out for her broom ride!   PCS images are just so cute!!! And the digi images are so affordable that you can buy several different themes and varieties.   Maybe TOO affordable!  LOL!   

I used my cloud maker and gray ink to make the background.    I mixed clear glitter and black glitter to add sparkle to the edges of the image circle.   I like the black glitter, but I wanted a little bit more sparkle than it offered...so that's why I combined a little of the more sparkly clear stuff.    I ran my punched out stars through the xyron then dipped them in glitter too.   You can never have too much glitter IMO!  LOL!
