Customer service has always been important to me. Most businesses...whether it be the bank, the grocery store, the craft sto
re offer similar items at similar prices...but what is unique is how they treat the customers. The businesses that know this are usually the ones that you can count on for excellent service. I have worked in a bunch of retail stores and banks. And the ones I enjoy working for the most are the ones where customer service is a priority. I like to treat customers the way I like to be treated. I worked for a large craft store chain...(one that offers those great 40% off coupons and has a male's name)...But I quit because the
y had such poor customer service. I couldn't stand working in such a negative environment and being associated with them. I was often embarrassed of how little they cared about the customer.
Well....I got off on another of my tangents and in the meantime Maeve is at my elbow whining and asking to "nuggle" (snuggle). So I am off to nuggle!
