Bella Rosa Birdie

All Supplies Stampin' Up!
Card Measures 4.25 x 5.5

I used this weeks Mojo Monday sketch

Hello! Happy Hump Day! It looks like we are going to make it all the way through this week without a snow storm! Yay! Yay! Yaaaay! Of course, Declan is home from school again today...but at least there is no snow! :) Those of you in the southern part of the USA are probably thinking: It's the end of February...they will probably have no more snow up there anyhow. HA! We have another month left of snow. I am sure there will be at least one more MAJOR storm. Oh well, then the spring will be here and I will be complaining about the rain and that it's not warm enough yet. LOL. That's what we do here in New England: complain about the snow all winter, complain about the lack of spring, complain about the summer humidity...then the Fall comes and most of us think we live in the best place on the planet! Myself included! heeheehee

This is another card for a challenge (birds) with an group that requires we use all current SU! products. I will probably have to be kicked out of the group soon as I don't have that many current SU! products any more. And I am still a demonstrator! Mostly I (and a few friends) just keep ordering cardstock. I do really love this Bella Rosa paper though. I will have to order a few packs of it. You know, then never touch it again....hahahahahaha! But just in case there is some kind of paper emergency, I will be ready! I can't imagine not having my SU! cardstock on hand. I mean sure I use other CS as well, but these colors are so familiar and easy for me. I can look at (any brand) DP and know what color SU! cs would coordinate with that I don't have to go trying to match. And if I am talking about colors for other things....ie: paint for my walls....I refer to one of those names and my close friends know exactly what shade I am talking about. LOL! Familiar, easy comfortable. I am going on the record now that I probably won't ever run out of Stampin' Up cardstock. Why do I feel that because I put it down here in black and white for the world to read, that 6 months from now I will be laughing at myself as I have just found some other extraordinary new favorite cardstock? hahahahahaha! Time will tell.

You know what tomorrow is? 3 Clover Thursday Challenge Day! I will announce a random winner from last weeks challenge tonight. You have until then to link me up to a card using last weeks sketch.

Have a Super Dee Duper Wednesday!

Oh I love seeing all SU! cards! great job here. And yes, my kitchen was painted "Kraft" color LOL. I actually took a piece of cardstock to the paint store and had them scan it! I just got some of the specialty paper...one pack had the most lucious and also the ugliest paper I have seen in ages all in one pack...check out Rockabilly! I don't like skulls I guess! Love the Sweet Slumber pack too!

Wow, gorgeous!
These are beautiful papers, but it's the way you designed this card that puts it over the top!
Just gorgeous, Kim!

Love your card!

We aren't over with snow yet either. It can snow into May here! Yesterday it hit the 60's, today high 50's and then tonite, rain, sleet and SNOW predicted! Suppose to do that for 4 days!!

Kerry! This card is GOR-G-US! You made that DSP work so well with it. And boy, can I ever relate to your story! (1) my UL is ALWAYS telling me to use "current SU" stuff for our swaps. By the time I get to use my current SU anything, they're retired!!!!! Hmmm, do I have too much stuff here????
(2) I may live in IL now (20 yrs), but I'm born & bred NY / LI. Can definitely relate (and understand) that winter can happen ANY TIME on the East Coast!!!!

Have a great day and I love all your beauties!

Have a great day.......you just made mine!

That is truly gorgeous, Kerry!!! Love everything about it.

I order SU paper over and over again. I never have enough. I find myself doing the same thing with the comfortable colors & describing things in SU colors. LOL

Sigh. I so wanted to participate in your first challenge but without the internet I didn't have the sketch saved and now my area is a disaster. I sure hope I can play tomorrow!
Great card! I love how you did the little bird!
