Meet Sophie G
Meet Sophie G! She is Riley Moose's girl! Isn't she adorable??
Stamps: Hula Sophie by Hanna Stamps
Paper: DCWV Summer Stack; Green Galore, Pixie pink, Marigold Morning, white;
Ink: Black Staz on
Other: White Sharpie; Stickles: Prisma pencils and Gamsol; Making Memories Brads; Prima Flowers; Computer generated sentiment.
My new Sophie and Riley stamps arrived over the weekend. I was so excited! I have only gotten a chance to make two cards so far, but I hope to get a chance to make a few more this week.
First up is Sophie G shaking her boo-tey! ;) When I was making this card I kept envisioning those dashboard hula dancers and wanted to translate that to my card some how, but couldn't. Somewhere in my brain I decided cutting out her head and pop dotting it would be the answer...HUH?! How does a pop dotted head translated to shaking hips? I dunno...but that is what I did. You can't really see that from this picture...but you aren't missing out on much. LOL!
I also felt that Sophie needed a little glitter....she seems like a sparkly type of gal to me....so her grass skirt got the bling, as did the brad in the center of the flower.
I have to go pick up my house as the speech therapist is coming in awhile to visit Maeve ("clover #3")....so Riley will have to wait until tomorrow.
