Aren't Lily and Tweet super sweet!? i have borrowed this stamp set from my BFF. I have recently discovered the fun simplicity of Pink Cat Studio stamps. I know! I know! where the heck have I been!?! There are just so many great stamps out there right now it is hard to keep up. Seriously! So many fresh, fun and original stamps to choose from. It's a great time to be a stamper! LOL!
With these images I don't feel the need to go into lots of shading and highlights...and etc...straight forward coloring. Just stay in the lines!
How many of you frequently say: "I am going to start using what I have"...then still continue to buy more paper and embellies? Yeah, me too. But for this card I really did use stuff that I have had forever. I have decided to TRULY make an effort to use the paper that I have b
een hoarding for years. So I wanted to find fun paper for this image and thought these colors were fun. A little brighter than my usual...too bright you think? I also pulled out that swirl clip thing from one of the 3 retired SU! hodgepodge collections I still have. So now that I have used those, I am free to go out and buy new stuff this week! right?! I love this card - the colors are awesome & you always use the cutest stamps. I have been eyeing up the new SU! catty & am going to pick some sets that I can have lots of fun using! I can't wait to get creative with some new card designs! Enjoy your weekend & keep sharing your great designs!
